Hello! I’m vivian. Welcome! 

I grew up in a household that revolved around real estate. In fact, some of my fondest memories were learning the real estate business with my father, a perpetual remodeler and top-producing agent. As such, I know how to listen and ask the right questions to help you realize your real estate goals – whether that’s your first home or first investment property.

I’ve made the beautiful Tampa Bay area my home since 2005. I earned my Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida and enjoyed being a teacher to wonderful kids for a number of years. Building on a strong family foundation in the construction and real estate industries, it was time for me to carry on the family tradition by becoming a Realtor®. I grew up speaking both English and Spanish so I speak both natively, and can help you in whichever language you prefer, to help you make sound real estate decisions.
