Shopping around for a real estate agent?
Be sure to ask HOW MANY TRANSACTIONS they performed last year, rather than HOW MANY YEARS they've had a license.
Why? Because many Realtors (if not most) have had a license for YEARS without doing ANY WORK in real estate.
That equals total lack of experience.
