I was very lucky to meet Vivian when she was presenting as a volunteer at The CDC of Tampa for the first time homebuyer's class. Just from hearing her speak and being in her presence I knew she was the realtor I wanted to work with. And I'm so glad i did because the process for me was really rough. It took 8 months due to a seller breach of contract on the first home I committed to and that whole time Vivian encouraged and supported me and fought for my rights as a buyer. I was so ready to just give up but she always made time to show me any listing I found in my very modest price range and she was just so amazing through this whole process. Thank you, Vivian!
